Biography
Jake supervises the accounting department of McGuire and Hester, creating financial reports and maintaining department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
One of his main guiding principles is that, learning is a never-ending process, and as a team leader, Jake focuses on building confidence among team members through mentoring and training.
In addition to accounting and team building, Jake is passionate about gender and racial equality because it is long overdue.
