Biography

Kim’s diverse background brings a unique and common-sense perspective to her role as Corporate Counsel. Having grown up on a ranch in Oregon, she understands the day to day nuances of construction and the critical personal relationships between companies and individuals.

Kim worked as a construction law litigator and later as the General Counsel for a Northern California general contractor. As Vice President of Risk Management she is responsible for all aspects of corporate and legal governance for our family of companies including risk management, project claims, and resolutions. She also provides advice and support to our companies regarding day to day operations.

Kim cares deeply about advancing opportunities for women in the construction industry, and she is also a passionate advocate for all things agriculture and ranching. She and her Husband strive to provide their children with a common-sense education, including raising them in a ranching lifestyle, participating in 4-H, County Fairs, Rodeos, and teaching them basic life skills.

"Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you."

—Ruth Bader Ginsburg
